A woman finds the awful cause of all of her wet hair ties
Even as a kitten, Arlo always loved to play. He never grows tired of making new games and is always on the lookout for new things or players to play with. Arlo is eager to play as soon as he wakes up, according to mom Meaghan James, who spoke to The Dodo. Arlo enjoys playing the game of collecting his mother’s hair ties.
He has been addicted to playing with hair ties for more than a year. He never chews on them, and his mother watches over him whenever he is in control of them to make sure he is safe. Most of the time, he simply bats them around, has his mother throw them, and dip them in water.
Arlo has a weird habit of dipping his hair ties in his cat fountain once he’s through playing with them. Nobody knows why he has this odd habit other than the fact that he really enjoys playing in the water. Until Arlo decided to use a different fountain, dipping the hair ties in water never created any problems.
James took a short break one day as Arlo was playing with his hair ties as usual. She expected to see him dipping a hair tie in the fountain when she went back, but he wasn’t there. He was dipping the hair tie in the toilet when she went to look for him. James couldn’t help but giggle, but he also wasn’t aware of how long he had been wandering away to flushing hair ties. The key house rule right now is to always close the bathroom door and toilet seat out of caution.
James added, “Arlo is no longer allowed to dip them in the toilet.” “I have to fish them back out if he doesn’t!” It was fun to see, but he is now urged to play in his swimming pool. It’s delightful to watch Arlo play with his hair ties—as long as his games don’t include the bathroom any longer.
