Simon the cat is a cute little cat who gets lots of love and care from his mother. Simon’s owner, Mackenzie Coffman, saw her cat acting weirdly one day. Mackenzie was curious to see what was so interesting that he spent so much time staring out the window without moving. She opened the blinds and noticed the neighbor’s cat across the way looking at Simon.

All day long, Simon kept looking at the other cat. Despite the fact that the cat next door was obviously disinterested in Simon, he was still charmed. Mackenzie realised she had to act at that point. She wrote down Simon’s name in a message asking about the cat’s name. She attached it to the window with tape and awaited feedback.

A short while later, the nearby cat “reacted”. I’m Theo, and this is a note to Simon. My closest friend is you. Simon and Theo’s friendship was shared on Twitter by Mackenzie, and the tweets quickly grown in popularity. Everyone admired the cats’ growing friendship, and the cats “decided” to tell their mothers about the viral post.

The second date went much better when Mackenzie brought Simon to Theo’s property. The cats got along great and were much more relaxed and friendly. Simon and Theo did grow close, and we must compliment their mothers on that.
