Heartbroken – A Touching Letter was Sent to This Couple Following the Death of Their Cat
When their cat, Bear, was hit by a car, a UK-based couple was heartbroken. Sadly, the cat passed away, but they had no idea that they would soon get a letter from an unknown person stating that their animal had also been someone else’s buddy.
Bear and his brother Teddy were close, and the two often set off on trips together. Teddy once returned home bearing a message that had been tied to his collar soon after Bear had passed away. “Dear Owner; I’m your neighbour, living in 4,” the note stated. Since the two cats are used to visiting my room every day, I am also close friends with your cats. However, a larger one among them has been missing for two weeks. Is he all right? I’m very worried for him.
A Taiwanese exchange student who lived next door to them actually wrote the note. Being so far away from home made her feel a little lonely, but Bear and his brother would make her day. One of Bear’s owners, Scott Ewels, said: “We sent a letter back to address 4 notifying the death of our other cat. Additionally, we gave our email address.”
He received a lengthy email the following day. At that point, the couple learned that their cat’s friend was a lonely Taiwanese exchange student. She informed him that she would prepare for her university presentations. She had no other study partners, so Scott would sit on her bed and listen. She even included some photos she had snapped of my babies, which touched my heart. It was very touching.
I hope this sweet cat knew how he had been loved.
