A woman creates a “cat ladder” so stray cats can enter from the cold
To say that ebnem Ilhan loves cats is an understatement. She has given her home to the neighborhood’s stray cats in addition to opening her heart to them. She even created a beautiful welcome for them to enter.
One Turkish woman came up with a brilliant idea to assist the stray cats that were freezing in her hometown
In Tekirdag, Turkey, where the winter has been particularly chilly this year, Ilhan is a dentist. Because she was worried that they would suffer from being left out in the cold, she wanted to make it simpler for stray cats to enter safety through her window. How would they get there, though? Ilhan handled that situation. She told The Dodo, “I built the ladder so the kitties could enter into my lovely home.”

Ilhan admitted that she added some extra decorations since she was first worried that her neighbours would disapprove to the short stairs for cats leading into her home. She explained, “I felt if I put some flower pots there, no one would object.” The response, however, has been largely supportive, mainly among the numerous kittens who have gained from her gift of a warm place to rest.

However, the reply has been incredibly positive, particularly among the numerous cats
Ilhan has made efforts to help poor pets in a number of ways, including the “cat ladder.” She also spends her time in taking care of the stray animals in her city. She said, “I wish there were no hungry or thirsty animals, only happy ones. This planet is not just for people.”
The woman also gives her time to a nearby rescue centre for stray dogs and cats
