When a cat with lost kittens meets an abandoned kitten she cries
Prepare tissues for this sad story. In the pouring rain, a young man had seen a black cat hiding underneath a car. The cat appeared to be in shock and would not move from her position.
He decided that calling animal rescue to see what they could do was the best line of action. The cat was still seated in the same location when they arrived, where it had been for a while.
She was uninterested in the food they offered to try to lure her out. She wouldn’t move, not even when they pushed the engine and tried to move the car a little.
When the veterinarian finally arrived, it was clear that there were some stillborn kittens nearby.
Sadly, this cat had gone into early labour, possibly an accident was what set off this sad series of events. Whatever the cause, they had to take her from beneath the car immediately since she might still be carrying a stillborn child that needed to be rescued.
The veterinarian started her rescue while it was still pouring rain and, happily, was able to get her to safety.
She was taken by ambulance to the hospital, where it was found that her pelvis had been fractured, she had likely been struck by a car. Thankfully, she wasn’t carrying any stillborn kittens. She was patched up, and it was expected that she would fully recover.
The staff at the clinic came up with the ideal treatment for her continued sadness. A little kitten that had lost his mother required care from someone.
The mother cat did nothing when they first introduced him.
“She then began to cry as her eyes began to tear up. It was a turning point because she immediately started cleaning and cuddling the little kitty.”
What a comfort it is that these two kittens are there for each other while they deal with loss. The narrative has a wonderful ending as well. Because he believed they were meant to be together and wanted to do everything in his power to provide for her, the man who originally discovered her beneath the car went to the clinic and asked to adopt her. So, after she recovers completely, she will begin a new life in her forever home.
